How many of you guys use wrist wraps and/or elbow sleeves during SQ

I dont know about you, but back squatting kills my shoulders and elbows, cause I have to stuff myself under there. Kinda hurts the ol' wrists too. How many of you guys wrap the wrist and wear elbow sleeves? Is there any federation where this isnt allowed?

I wrap the wrists at heavy wts...don't use the sleeves. As far as rules re: sleeves, I know the USAPL did not allow sleeves as of 2 years ago.

I have had some pain in my elbows after squatting days, while trying to bench. I though it was tendonitis but it may be squat related. My problem is that my gym doesn't have an adjustable squat rack. We have this silly power rack that the outsides of my feet are against when I squat. I have to stuff myself under the bar when squatting.

I wrap my wrists if doing high reps @315 but usually @ 405 and up...
I almost had an accident with my left wrist rolling back too much doing some high reps... Elbows still feel ok... my bar is low but feels good... I probably dont squat as much lbs though.

I've started to wrap my wrist and I feel like I get better support.

I use wrist wraps for any weight over about 350lbs. I broke my left wrist several years ago and ever since then it bothers me wihen I put a heavy load on it.

I've never felt the need to use wraps or sleeves, but I'm pretty sure sleeves are not allowed. I put the bar pretty high up on my traps though.
