    green bands????

    A guy I know said he done a double ok 365 with green band . So how much can he really do ????

    Can't say for sure, as different brands of bands will provide slightly different resistance. If they are the mini's, doubled they may be about 90lbs on the top. That does not mean he can add 90 to whatever is benched because you will be coming through with alot more speed then if there was actually weight on the bar. Why don't you just ask him?

    he said he cant add to it ,it helps by aiding in pulling the weight back up

    Wait, so he is doing reverse band presses, with the bands looped through the top of a powerack (so they are decreasing resistance)? If that is the case, there is no way of knowing becaues different heights and different racks will cause the bands to stretch more, therefore changing how much weight they are adding/subtracting from the bench.

    365 minus about 90 to100lbs.

    i myself can get about 100lbs extra from reverse green bands, but it is different for everyone
