halo: every day or only lifting days
i know this is mroe of a aas question but i figured you guys might knwo the most about halo
this is my plan
33 days: 30mg halo/ed
next 7 days: 40mg nolv
next 7 days: 20mg nolv

it makes more sense to me to do it every day to keep levels stable but i have read a few threads that hint that people dont take it regularly

Most folks I know go with Halo every day for either 2 or 4 weeks leading up to a meet.
