Does regular creatine help you much? If not, then dont by this for sure. Otherwise you might want to try a little.

i have heard of it, IMO creatine helps but isnt worth it, better off with AAS, they definately work and are worth the money, unlike most crap in GNC

Mr. Bench Machine - I come here because I like the knowledge of the smart and experienced guys here. I don't do steroids . At least I gave you a laugh!
Asking you as a friend, please don't take the Lord's name in vain.
    Now have a better day!

Thanks Doc, that's what I thought, just making sure.

i had some punk in gnc try to tell me that "gakic" would give me a 11-15% gain in bench with in 20 minutes of taking it.i laughed at him and said that i didnt know of any compound, legal or illegal, that could produce gains like that. he tried to argue with me, with some kind of generic GNC explanation and than i had a rebuttal using a little bit of science, nutrition and common sense and explained to him why it couldnt work. i shut him up very quickly.

I have found that in my workouts it helps with strength in long workouts, but strength of 11-15% in minutes... nooooo way. It seems to do something with the endurance aspect of strength. I am terrible about doing high reps...Gakic seems to help.

exactly! why wast your money on something that hasnt been FDA tested or clinicaly proven to work when you can save money to buy something that you have no doubt will work?!?! this one is a no brainer.

I think it is funny that some folks are willing to knock supplements so much. Admittedly AAS is superior, but I am convinced that some of these supplements give some nominal advantage, be it relatively small or not. The other thing here is that the guy who started this thread never mentioned that he uses AAS. Just out of curiousity, what do you propose to attain a further advantage if one's nutrition is point on, the appropriate cycle of AAS is administered, the training is intense (with great theory is applied) and stimulants are used? It is not logic to say that supplements are not worth the price when all other routes have been taken to ensure sucess. That is, unless you believe there are no obtainable advantages to be reaped from supplements, which, in my vast experience, is certainly not the case. As a matter of fact, before starting my first cycle of AAS about a year ago, I reached a physique and numbers that blow some of these juicers out of the water. Moreover, I did with supplements between the ages of 15 and 23.

Creatine's another thing that can screw up making weight. I'm normally about 285, and add 10 pounds within 2 weeks of starting Creatine. Minimal absolute strength boost, but good for strength endurance in my case - it adds a few reps to submaximal sets.

I know a guy who takes Creatine all the time and stops a few weeks before his meet so he can lose 10 pounds real quick.

i hope iwasnt being to brass, i should have clarified that i am always angry at GNC and supplement companies for pudhing these products on kids that dont know anybetter and promise them the world and they get minimal results if any, if they have worked for you, i cant knock them or say anything bad. but i hear so much more bad than good, it is hard to remain totaly unbiased
