I have what is the groove on this shirt. i bench semi narrow with elbows flared. would this be a good shirt? i might change my grip and the way i lift becuase i have read more and more about benching with elbows tucked. where the cheapest place to buy this shirt or any shirt that yu might recommened instead. you need to learn 'elbows in" it is the only way to press in any shirt. i dont like inzer products, if you press with a flat back go with a titan fury, if arched use the f6. the rage shirts use the sametype of material as the f6 and fury(inzer copied titans shirts and made the rage to battle them in sales) and the tiatn shirts are abou $50 cheaper than the inzer shirts.

wait hold up, what organization do you want to compete in? can you use single or double ply? there is a better single ply from titan, it cost about$150 it is called the kitana, and it comes withangled sleeves for the arched bencher. now this shirt is only a single ply, but it gives you almost as much as a double ply. the price of the single ply f6 is $100. google titan support systems and you will find there web site.there are also mulitple titan dealers, www.outlawnutrition.com. i just bought a kitana from them, excellent customer service
