    Maintaining strenght while off

    After I get home from sardinia I will start my pct and take about 4 months or so off the juice.

    Now my big question is how do I maintain my strenght through that period?

    Should I just do a regular periodisation routine maby doc susts dead routine? I am going to limit my workouts to max 3 workouts a week though. Maby just even two. 4 puts a strain on me even when Im on the juice.

    What do you guys do when you take time off?

    Stay positive bro
    maintain intensity to the best of your ability, use machines if you hafta
    a big part working out (at least for me) is mental, stay motivated . I've read that some people feel stronger just by having Tren in their medicine cabinet. Keep your diet in check, plan your next cycle, change the tunes in your ipod. Just keep smashing those weights, if at all posible get a partner and smoke your body into submission with negitives or change from doing 8-10 reps with med weight to high reps with light. Don't let yourself fall into any sort of funk, losses are inevidable but minimizing them is just a matter of intestinal fortitude, IMHO

    thanks bro yeah motivation is realy the big issue. Lifting clean always feel like a waste of time after beeing juiced.
