    WPO rules

    I would love to compete in the WPO at some point in my life. What are the rules and regulations in the WPO? Are there restrictions at all on gear? Do they allow wrapping elbows on the bench?

    dont think they allow elbow wraps(cant see if the lifter locked the weight out)as far as what is allowed,i am pretty sure double ply with briefs, check out ther web site, they must have rules posted.
