    federations

I have a question with knee wraps and raw divisions... do some raw divisions let you use knee wraps?? I feel knee wraps help me from injury. Im probably gunna switch to a raw division or may stay with usapl im not sure yet i just think the equipment is getting ridiculous for single ply

The more I have thought about it, the only two types of feds that make sense are Raw and anything goes (whatever you can wear, inject...if it helps use it). 100% RAW allows nothing, not even wraps. I was going to enter into that in the next year...maybe after I get a bit of revenge in the usapl. I am not sure how fully equipped training and raw will workout. Probably clash and be difficult.

I'm sure 100% Raw isn't the only raw fed, but I don't know of any others. When you train, do you use wraps all of the time, or just on your top 15% weighted lifts?

no, not in the deadlift. , what federation do you want to know about? i know one org that lets you squat with knee wraps, but not dead with knee wraps if you are lifting raw.

I always use wraps in workouts in the squat. My Raw is around 600, so what I do is any time I go above say 450-475 I use them. When I start my training for a competition, I'll slowly increase the equipped squat in an attempt to peak. (Probably Wave periodization) I only use wraps when I am above 75-85% of the weekly heaviest single (estimated single if doing triples). I think this slowly gets the tendons stronger as the wraps protect on heavy lifts. Seems to work for me.
