i have there glute ham riase, it is a solid piece of home equipment(definately not the same quality as gym equipment, but it deifnately is the same if not beter than all other home equipment) my friend also has the leg extension, leg curl etc etc.

talk to me first beofre you buy a cage from them.let me ask you some questions, ihave a guywho make custom cages for powerlifters, let me ask you, do you need any of the following, band attacment pins. regular or a sumo cage, do you compete in an organization that uses a monolift, or do you want a monolift attachment? would you like the holes inthe cage to be spaced by one inch or 2 inches apart? let me know and iwill get the guys info if you want and you can work it out(the guy makes equipment for gene rychlak and shawn lattimer, he is known throught out the Plifiting underground, i saw his one cage and all i could say was WOW! i wish i knew of him beofre i bought my cage.

I dont want attachments with the cage. Just a basic setup for squating, bench and related work. I wont be doing deads out of the cage except traditional lifts. I want the cage to be solid and dont want to buy it more than once. Let me know what other options are out there.

if this is thecase, the new york Bar bell cage should work great for you, find out if the pin holes are one inch or 2 inches apart, and if ithe measurements are ok, than you are good to go!

I have a NY Barbell safety squat bar and am quite satisfied with the structural quality as well as the padding used on the yoke.
Don't have their rack so, I can't say about that.
