Adding in pull ups and curls to a routine!
Can I add in say 3/4 set of pull ups and 2 sets of curls on a Sunday if I was doing the 3 x 3 German block routine Mon, Wed, Fri? Just to get a little more lat and bicep work.

Yep, you can add anything you have energy for.

dont know why you want to add in Bi work if you are a powerlifter
