I do my leg days almost the same minus the high reps. I put enough on to where I am giving out at 8 - 10 reps.

    Great numbers though. Good JOB

I can do the weight I just don't rep that high; my last squat day:

    Bar- 10
    135- 5
    225- 5
    315- 3
    365- 3
    405- 3
    455- 3
    500- 1
    550- 1
    585- 1

Stats: 5'10" 205 lbs., and I lift in the 198 lbs. class.

this is the correct way to work for strength. sets over 10-15 reps are n good for size or strength
