    2007 Wpo

    I just got back from the 2007 Arnold Classic, which is where the WPO is held. Andy Bolton broke the squat record with 1213 and the total record with 2806. The intensity was crazy!!!

    I wish I would of went... sounds like it was a hell of a contest. Hopefully I will make it next year! oh ya... Andy Bolton is the man!!! I think he has the best chance of breaking the 3000 mark.

    hw would have been over 2900lbs if he got his last deadlift of 1008lbs, his bench stinks, when he can move that to the mid 700's he will hit 3000
