    ??? about Gear

Anyone hear ever tried an INzer Double HardCore Suit?

I use Metal equipment, but have friends that swear by Inzer.

inzer is a joke compared to metal, i have tried them all. by far metal makes the best squat suits. i know sponsored inzerlifters who think metals produtcs are better and wear metal briefs under their squat suits

I would say it's a good suit to start with if you have no prior experience. It was my first squat suit. No doubt though there is other gear with way more carryover. I though my Titan Boss was gnarly until I just gave the Metal Ace a try. The Metal Ace is by far the baddest squat suit I've ever put on... I see big things in my future in that suit!!! IMO Stick with Metal.

I took on a partial sponsorship with Titan recently, partial because I would not let go off my ACE squatter. The partial allows me to use other brands.

Ron, I know you used the BOSS, was yours the super plus material or the old nxg+? I just got a new boss suit and boss briefs in the super plus material and to be honest, completely honest not "sponsored honest", the Boss super plus briefs give me more carryover than the ACE briefs, I havn't tried the boss suit yet as I have a meet coming up and don't need to complicate things more than needed.

artica, keep me posted on what the new boss suit is like for you. are the straps on the suit real thick or did they fix this with the new design?

nah, their thick, I just checked. Their thick and wide, with the new material even thicker that what yours was but their not as thick as the ACE suit. If it works remotely close or if I get identical carryover as the ACE then the BOSS suit will do. Otherwise, ACE is numero uno. I'll keep you updated on it.

Well, im saving it for seniors. It's too much for me right now to learn considering I got last week and I have a meet in three weeks. To give you an idea my best bench is 445, I could not get that to touch this sunday when I tried it on just to see what I was looking at. I was able to get it about 2-3" from my chest and I locked it out fast and strong, but trying to get something to touch and figure out an opener will take more the three weeks I have left for my meet.

hey doc.sust any word on how the double Katana shirt is working for you so far?

Im going to start my shirt training for Louie's Pro meet next sunday and Im wondering if I should break in the katana, a new denim I got or stick with my double F6.

    Let me know your thoughts.....

My shirted bench sucks, so it's a big priority for me leading up to this meet.

just got the katana saturday, going to try it on tuesday. i had to keep blowing up a football in the sleeves to loosen it up so i can get it on and heating the chest plate with a hair dryer and stretching it over a work bench., it is going to be a challenge. i got it with 46 arms and a 44 chest plate, now i can get the arms on, but i am going to have trouble getting my normal wide grip, i may have screwed myself by ordering such a small chest plate for my build.but the shirt is bad ass. i will keep you posted

my advice , break in the katana!!! fck the denim and fck the f6,. i love my f6 , but the kitana is so much more shirt. i had a single ply size 46 before, and i was getting just as much out of that shirt as i did in a double denim! so i can only imagine that the double ith the grid will really be the ticket for a huge press, that is a slong as i can learn to touch weight in the shirt

email me that program asap bud... my bench training for Louies Pro meet starts sunday.... strong.ac @ gmail.com

My katana is a size 46 and Its just right for me to get my middle fingers on the rings comfortably. My F6 is a 44 and my middle fingers get to the rings but I really need someone to get it off the racks for me.

send me that program... I emailed you also about it.
