    Squat routine

Wuts going on guys, i am 5 11 190 pounds 20 years old and im looking for a new squat routine. I have plateaued at the same weight for a good bit now and would like to increase the weight that i use. I use good form always making sure to go to parallel. Squats have never been my strong lift but i love doing them. Any help would be appreciated.

    IPF 3 lift training program

if you want a real good squt program, take this program follow the squat routine percentages, also add in partial squats and close stance squats 2 sets of 5 reps and you will be golden

try out the one above, it is simple and easy and provdes great gains, the 3x3 and the 5x5 will work, but they also require you to squat 3 times a wk, which i think is overkill
