Its been a while since I've posted anything,since my last post I've really been working on my SQ and DL,trying to inprove from last years PR's which were 445 DL and an 585 SQ @ 210lbs.bw,
well here are me and my friends results,by the way I competed with a finger that I broke 4 days before the meet,
SQ=600x1,625x1,650x1 PR hell yea!!!
BENCH 500x1/2 bar kept falling out of my injured hand ,I couldnt grip the damn bar,the weight felt light,500x0,500x0
DL=I origanallywas going to open up with 500 but dropped my weight by 100lbs.due to my finger,400x1,450xdropped the damn weight,500x1 weight was light but went up with a lot of pain

my friend weighed in at 211
SQ 800x1.825x1,855x1 WR!!!! for the 220 apa fed
bench 495x1
DL 600x1
