the knee sleevesare way to much support to wrestle or do cardio. get thesse instead, not as much support

I use them for heavy training instead of wraps. They are convenient and give a lot of support. When training in gear for a meet I often start off with a loose suit and these wraps for several weeks and then progress to tighter suits with straps eventually up and regular knee wraps. The other post is correct you would not want these for wrestling. The Tommy's would work much better. I have those also and use them when I want to have a little support and provide heat to my knee joints. They are also padded. For taking shots etc. I don't know how they would hold up though. For wrestling I always liked the padded cloth knee wraps. Course I'm so old they probably don't even make those any more.
