    Knee Wraps

This is kind of a stupid question, but what do knee wraps actual do? I have used wrist wraps, uncomfortable, but usually lift a little more. Are knee wraps the same idea, just protect the knees and help you lift more?

i always thought they "reinforced" the connective tissue in your knees which helps prevent injury and slightly increase the poundage you can squat.

It also helps keep the knees warm and keep the fluid flowing in the joints.

Speaking about knee wraps, which one do you personally find best? I use Inzer Iron wraps Z 2,5m, I would like to know your matching with Titan, APT and Metal wraps. What are your experiences with Metal All Black Knee Wraps 2.5m??

Personally I find they help me get out of the hole. Most likely due to there effect on the stretch reflex.

knee wraps have kept my knees healthy and out of pain.

As far as quality, I'm still a fan of the Inzer Z's.... still wear them in comps to this day and probably will continue to do so. I've tried a lot though, Metal's are not that bad either, APT has some outstanding wraps as well. Personally I have just never made a big deal out of wraps. Just know how you like to get your knees wrapped and find a pair that you feel very strong in and your set.
