    3X3 Block Question for Doc.

Doc. When doing the 3x3 method and doing a cycle, at the start should you calculate the max you THINK you can reach while doing a cycle? Example, if one is doing a 300 Lb. bench, what should you calculate while doing a cycle?

it really depends on the lift but 30 in the press and 45-50 in the squat and dead are good gueseses
