Doc, i was wondering if you could help me out here. I have a Bench meet in May. long way off i know.I am 47 and a SHW 350. best contest bench was 600 at 342. I just finished a 12 week cycle of Primo..i dont want to get any bigger,as a matter of fact I am now trying to drop some body fat and stay strong. My previous contest cycles were test cyp and Deca ..both were long cycles 18-20 weeks or so.
What would you suggest for this comming meet? would you do two cycles? or one? What do you feel would be best for keeping weight down..hmm bloating come to mind! lol just looking for some new, if any ideas, been out of the loop lately.
