    Exclamation i went double ply for the first time yesterday

    it is hard as hell any advice on getting under the bar i have a titan boss suite and i have a hard time getting under the bar on squats and down to the bar on dead lifts

    You will get used to it!!! Tons of people do, so can you... To get under the bar, try spreading your feet wider... make sure you have good spotters... are you using a monolift?

    you really need a monolift, it gets impossible to walk out the weight and get a wide stance.

    remeber, sit back as far as you can and spread you legs and push your hips out hard!!! keep your chest up and lowback arched. use box squatting to learn how to sit back. technique is a huge issue. i am still learning. if i canget my technique even close to looking good, i will squat 900, for now, i am muscleing up the weight, the better my technique gets , the easier the lift becomes, practice, practice and more practice

    as far as the dead goes, pull in the suit, dont use briefs and lossen up the straps. tighten them as you get better in the suit, same rules apply with the squat. keep the suit loose until you get it
