    finally hit 6!

I had my meet this weekend. It went pretty well with only 1 minor difficulty:

    highs:
837 squat (almost at national level depth too)
    606 bench (about friggin' time)
    2044 total

    lows:
tore something in my lat on deadlift #2. Not a really big deal. Probably will cost me 1 - 2 months of rehab, but I was planning on that anyway.

I will do a complete meet post-mortem but in the meantime here is a quick page I put together

    peace.

Good job man! Dam 600. That is a milestone that you can put behind you now. Very inspriring considering what you went through with your pec.

Which suit did you squat in?

Sorry about the lat. Man that sucks. But a PR total, bench, and squat make taking a break a little easier.

Proud of ya. YOu are definitly a well rounded powerlifter.

WAY TO GO MAN. I know you've been talking about bench gettin past 600 for the longest time. You and Jay are bout head to head with weights that your pushing.

SO JAY there's ANOTHER motivation to get goin bro.

As for your total IRISH dude that's awesome. SAD TO SAY your SQ/BP total is higher than my 3 total, BUT i'm workin on it.

GOOD LUCK on the recovery. I KNOW it's not your first injury so you arleady know you'll come back stronger.
