    powerliftingwatch.com is the best for keeping up with any weight class, i think its 12 for a year to join the site.. but it updates regular top 50 for every weight class every event .. and has a 100 pound for pound list ..

    cool thanks, at least I know I should be in the top 100 not far mind you with 620lb as long as I can lock it out again and keep my ass down this time.

    BTW they need to update. Panora did 800 about a week ago in a full meet in Tennessee I help side spot him (after I thought about it he dropped down to 242's for that meet)

    ahh you are an spf man. yeah greg went 242 for that meet.
