Viable Replacement for Reverse-Hypers??
I have a membership at three gyms precisely to avoid running into such problems, but in this instance, it's unavoidable...none of the gyms I have a membership at have a reverse hyper "machine". Can any of you suggest an exercise or modification that will allow me to reap the benefits of the exercise on my squat day? Keep in mind all three gyms have the fairly "standard" range of equipment.

Thanks...I'll try those (I just didn't want to get stuck doing lying hamstring curls instead)

cancel two of your gym memberships and save the money up to buy a reverse hyper. stick it in the corner of wherever you live.
there is no substitute. you cant load 300 - 600 pounds on a pullthrough machine or a regular hyper machine.
there is no substitute.

I'm with Irish. There is no good substiture ,however Pullthroughs are as close as you will get. Save the 1,200 bucks and buy one.
