12/6 Dynamic SQ
1. Box SQ with Average Bands and a Okie SQ Bar: 235x8x2, I took a shot at 285 and missed. TWC and I had some problems with the bar shifting.
2. Glute Ham Raise (Back of Bench on a SQ Box): 5x10
3. Dynamic DL: 275x6x1 Still need more work on form (Get the hips lower at the start)
4. Spread Eagle Abs on a Bnech with a Light Band: 4x10
