    Here To Give Props.

    I was in the gym today and a couple of power lifters were in there maxing on bench and I just have to say, being 6'3 200lbs and only dreaming of lifting 300, it's amazing to see some of you guys pressing 600lbs+ My hats off.

    Powerlifters possess tremendous proportional strength, similar to that of fighters. Fighters are, pound for pound, probably some of the strongest individuals on the planet. Powerlifters are generally so big their strength is just overwhelming.

    ya, hes a beast! I think he's training for mr USA

    I'm training down in kennewick with kennelly and his team
