    Deadlift techinque Q

I deadlift sumo style. Where should your head and eyes be? I'm never sure if I should be looking straight ahead, up, down?

Look up! It will help keep your back aligned, which will reduce your chance for injury and keep the pressure on your legs.

Quick question, do you feel you can lift more sumo style or normaly?
Also, do you find sumo better for increasing mass?
The reason i ask is, i really get bored of repetitive normal deads.
    thanks

Most people say that they can deadlift more in the sumo stance. The distance the bar has to travel is much less, and it takes a lot of pressure off of the quads. I'd say do both, they each have benefits.

I always go sumo, narrow just doesn't feel right for some reason. I think it depends on your build. Doc. sust is the expert on this.

Head up, back straight, arms in line with shoulders, lean back on heels when lifting and most important arch that back...
