Equipment for building legmass. Need advice

I have a squat rack at home for training my leg's but I am looking to buy an additional piece of equipment. I am stuck between an oylimpic leg press and a olympic hack squat machine. Which one would I benefit more in addition with squats ? I should also point out that I am looking to build size rather than strength.
    Thanks.

IMHO - buy neither. Spend your money on a Glute-Ham Raise. Will increase size/strength in the glute/ham/erectors which will allow you to squat more -- weight and reps, which will give you the size you're after, in the quads & hams.
But if this isn't an option - go for the leg press. A little more comfortable doing high rep sets than a hack squat.

I would've thought that the Hack Squat machine would have been the answer. LP's just take too much weight to use. I love LP but its a pain handling all that weight, plus you'd prob have to buy a ton more plates.

Like I said, I wouldn't buy either. If you want mass, do continuous tension squats. Save the money for something else, but hey, that's just me.
You can use the same technique though for either hacks or LP's - and you can keep the weights relatively light.

answer , neither. i agree w shawno. glut ham raise(GHR) way to go, it will build more of your hamstrings and glutes rather than quads. if you really have you heart set on a leg press(which i think is a waste) best option , vertical leg press. look it up, cheaper than a regular leg press or hack squat machine. also if you really REALLY want the leg press or hack squat and cant decide.. keep looking they make leg presses machines that can convert to hack squat machines. just about every commercial gym i have lifted in had these.look and you will find

squats build size. leg press and hack squats are really just the handicaped half ass version of the squat. same exact principle as a free squat, just using no stabilizer muscles. this would be the same as if you owned a bench, wanted to buy something else for chest and chose the hammer strength bench machine. same movement, no stabilizer. IMO waste
