breathing techniques...
In this months issue of flex...they had an article on increasing your bench and paul meeker said..."Breathing is of vital importance when benching. All the oxygen in my muscles gives me more power. When I let the air out, I lose my strength."
So according to him I'm supposed to hold my breath throughout the whole movement? I always thought it was deep in on the negative and brerath out on the positive...
