    Need Workout Help

    Im trying to set up a workout scheduel, The problem is im not 100% sure what I need to work on. My goal is to get back on the football field. Im 20yr old and was playing college football as a DL. I'm 6'2 300LBS. Unfortunetly I have a semester im going to be spending at home. I need this semester to pay off in the weight room or my dreams are over.. Im looking for a Mon - Fri schedual. Any advice is appreciated.

    Need Workout Help

    My girlfriend needs to loose about 15-20lbs, and I am not sure what type of workout plan to give her. If you ladies could post some of your workout/diet plans, it would be much appreciated. She is 57 and wants to weigh around the 120-125lb range. Also, I have heard a lot about supplements called T3 and Clen , would these be good in her situation? Thanks.

    I think the first place you need to hit up is the diet section. As for your gf, cardio...cardio...cardio and a decent diet.
