    Ghetto GHRs?

    Do any of you guys know of a way to do REAL GHRs without a machine? My gym doesn't have one...trying to find a way to do them...any ideas would be helpful.

    i like the band one, but using it with the band , but setting it up on the top of the lat machine and putting feet in backwards like the first video,and not use my hands to push me off the ground. havent doen these in year, i bought a real ghr and it works much better and easier.

    they still so something and are a great start, until you get a hold of one, if you dont like them, supplement in stiff leg deads standing on a highbox or good mornings followed by leg curls
