Help with incorporating powerlifting into my routine
Could one of the experienced powerliifters on here please take the time to help me incorporate powerlifting into my standard bodybuilding program? I hope this isn't a retarded question, but my goal is to have a routine that is a perfect blend so that I get the greatest strength gains possible in the main compound lifts, but also as much overall muscular development as well.
Thanks to whomever takes the time to show me a routine like this
