Westside vs. Metal Militia
It seems that, on the subject of benching, Metal Militia is carrying the day. I get the sense that people are moving away from the old Westside methods, particularly speed days. Hardly a day goes by when some fairly well known bencher is asking Bill Crawford, Sebastian Burns or Mike Miller for advice. What gives? Where did they come from?

Whats funny is my old training routine that i have given many over the last few years online looked just like the metal militia before it was public. Except the shirts ar eused a bit more in there's. Why it works.
Westside works but i think speed is overrated. I switched mainly from injury to try westside. Actually Pr'd in a meet too. BUt i think it was from just tryng new stuff.
BUt benching metal militia style i know works. Havent done it but i knwo th eprinciple invloved and yes it does work. Hard on the body with all the heavy shirt work i bet ya!
