Hey guys,

I box and need great explosive power. I used to train exclusively for muscle growth and thus 8-10 rep range, however now that I am at the size I want, I just need my bench and squat and deadlift etc to increase.

I am going to focus on low volume, high intensity and low reps.

I am prob going to do Sustanon at around 750-1000 per week and dbol 50mg each day (yes I am aware dbol increases water weight, however am confident that will go after a while).

Having never trained like this before and after training say each bodypart twice a week... What kind of gains can I expect over a period of say 16 weeks? I appreciate strength gains can differ, but a good rule of thumb would be appreciated.
