I've been back in the gym for 6 months now after a long unwanted break. My body weight is back up to 192 from 160. I hit 275 on the bench for a pair, my squat is still suffering due to the long break and I'm also still trying to completely change my form so 365 for a pair has been my best set to date. My dead lifts are coming along, I'm still taking them slow as well but my last set this past Thursday was 475 for 2 and it felt really good. Just posting an update. Thanks.
