    any help will be great

been recentley curving away from all the iso. movements of almost every routine out there(bodybuilding) and really like the dc, ironman hit and max ot types although all have their fans i am leaning more toward a powerlifting routine strength=size and diet will determine everything else(football coaches told me this years ago but you know) problem is every routine no matter how simple calls for deadlifts and in 2005 broke my back and still suffer from some inflamation issues and i also dislocated my c5 and c6 vertb. in my neck. any suggestions on alternatives such as rack lifts or anything. just ready to throw away the damn conc. curls and db flys for more bang for ya buck kinda of thing. going to start out on the mentzer consolidation routine to strengthen core real well and get use to the big lifts(he suggest shrugs as alt. to deadlifts) i plan on using leglifts and hack squats for par. squat.
