Great progress! I'll second Raw12's question about how your strength is holding up?
And since someone has to give you shit about something, what's with the dew rag?

Thanks guys!! I feel good in my traininig, but to answer that oh so important question..yes i am weaker. But its diet related. I will make a note here that i made some really good PR"s on my way down. YOU can lose weight (fat) and maintain most of yoru strenght. Ex; I was riding the lack on my 6th day of carb depeltion. I was weak as hell. I can ride it abotu 4 or 5 times (3.2miles per lap) no problem. Well i had a real hard time making two laps this particular low carb day. Next day Half way through my carb up day i did 5 in record time. I notice my strenght isnt what gives as much as it is my endurance. But i can still do close grips with index on smooth with 405x5 reps. I am weaker but i woudl need maybe 2 months to get my opld strenght back and be still 25lb lighter!
You might not believe me but i only recently started doing calf work. But what i do is seated calf raises up to 4 plates for 12 reps, then standing barbell on platform with smith machine up to 405 for 15 reps. Then i usually hit the machine you stand in put the pin atthe bottome and do a drop set three times to failure. Next workout i do leg press for them i switch it up. BUt i always make sure to get a deep strecth down and a hard ass squeeze at the top.

Just adding some input. Think you need to work on the abs a little more there. Try cutting down a little bit more..

Look awesome....oh, and that guy in the background (the one who looks like the big German from "Gladiator"), what's up with him yawning during your shots? I guess someone isn't as impressed as we all are! Just kidding, but I feel it's always my duty to inject even a small amount of humor into the equation.

Overall, I'd say you look fantastic.
But I'll give you some constructive criticism from a bodybuilding point of view(I know you are a powerlifter and probably dont give a shit, but I'm going to put in my 2 cents)
1. You need more back thickness and seperation. Not that bad, but enormous deltoids and hamstrings overshadow your back development.
2. Definitely need more arm mass and seperation. I know you are a powerlifter and don't care about arm mass, but it would definitely help your overall symmetry.
Besides that, everything is awesome, I'd say best bodypart=(actually 2, I couldn't decide on which one) Deltoids and Calves.Last edited by WiLLpOwEr; 05-04-2003 at 07:19 AM.

I can't view the pics because your "temporary account has expired" but judging from everyone else's reaction I will say good job.
