As everyone knows, deadlifts are my forte. Unfortunately injured myself warming up. Here are my successful attempts at squat and bench. Sorry for poor bench video, guy stood right in the way and I missed 335 on third lift.
If someone knows how to embed it would be great.

Had a 550 squat for sure. Judge was making us pause too long on bench. It made it a lot harder. But he was also very inconsistent. Some guys got fast touch and go lifts... at least 20 lifters were bitching about it.

700 in a meet would be pretty damn impressive.
Sucks you got injured. You'll get it next time.

I was just on 700 Tren . Nothing crazy. Lifts are raw. In gym I can touch and go 340. But with that damn 2 second pause he had me do on my 335 attempt I lost tightness and couldn't get it past halfway. My squat was up to 585 last year before a knee injury forced me to be unable to squat for months. Accompanied with arthritis and degrading cartilage on the back of my knee cap, it's been a battle getting back to where im at now. But I should have a 600 squat by end of the year granted my back/hip isn't anything major.

Dam that's to long a pause lol, some judges should not be judging. Do you do explosive out of the hole sets. Where you start the rep out of the bottom and let spotters do the neg for you, try this it could help in that situation. I used to throw them into my routine when I was younger.

Well those lifts are great, keep lifting and you will get to where you wanna be. Powerlifting can be really satisfying, more so than bb. Good luck

I read your log running up to this. It takes a lot of discipline and guts just getting to the bar in the first place. My hat would be off to you, if I wore one

Hey Patrick,
Just curious how old are you? I know little about power lifting and am curious what age pwr lifters usually peak at? I would imagine that unless you start very early and have access to great coaching etc that for most, the body continues to adapt and technique improves for so long that most probably get their personal bests at a point where they are no longer at there peak strength agewise?
And yeah hats off to you on the lifts, I am obviously not the correct body type for pwr lifting but even if I was I can't imagine pulling the kind of weights you people do!!!!
Much Respect!
FFM

Im 25. But some of the most dominant guys are young now. Starting at 13-14 and breaking records at 19-20. I wish I would've started younger. I honestly don't know what age u peak at

Here are the GA state records for DL in WABDL. These should be equipped records, although it doesnt specify on many sites leading to confusion. If youre at 700 raw now getting a state record should be a walk in the park.

I already have national in APC. And SPF junior. Ill be in 220 now though so I need to creep up around 800. Omenchnko is ridiculous and he will stay #1 for a long time I'd imagine
