My dead lifts, 240 and 250 kg.
Last two sessions of dead lifts, 250 kg just 60 more needed! - YouTube
Well its been a while since I put up anything, still trying, still determined to be 20% stronger in 2 years. Any advice welcome, I seem to be able to keep form up to about 200 kgs and then its just bust my guts out!
Another 10 days till my holidays, I am hoping to make them worth while.

hey John, do you know of any good gyms in Udon Thani? was there a few weeks ago and couldn't even find a gym.. let alone a good one...
going back there later on this year

Kronik my gf is from their. The best gym is called big gym city, look it up on the net it is owned by an old english bloke. Another option is the gym around the big lake in the city.
