could have gotten a little more but its the first time for me on Box squats and I wanted my form to be perfect!
RDL's 135x8,185x3x8
DB Shrugs nice and slow held for a count of 2
60x15
70x3x15
Hammercurls 35x12,8,6

i know you were probably tired after doing the heavy box squats but doing some low pullie pullthroughs doesn't hurt much and you hit the hammies some.

Yea I will be takeing out the RDL's and replaceing those with pullthroughs or SLDL..............Peace

you don't have to take them out just add in another excercise so you get about 2-3 accessory things for legs
