Old man peaking at 47 - competitions?
Hi! I have been lifting for 28 years and this month achieved PB’s in all my lifts. I don’t do cycles but I do TRT to keep my test level around 900-1000. Just stating that because I don’t want to pretend I’m ‘clean’.
My T was very low (that of a 95 year old) so I needed it, initially to beat depression.
Anyway, is there info online for what the world records are for people over 45? I must be getting close now. I am prepared to juice to compete (for a very short while) if juicing is allowed. (Is it?).
How do you get into competing? Does anyone here old like me compete? What weights are the old boys lifting?
I’m fascinated because I’ve reached a level that has surprised me (and the bodybuilders in my gym who gather round and say I’m lifting crazy weights)
Lots of questions. Old boys chime in!!
Thanks
