quick question for the strong guys
Please tell me what can I do to improve my arm wrestling!I weigh 90 kg, I bench 120 kg for 8 reps, yet the skinnyest moth**f**kers can beat me at arm wrestling.In my country (Croatia) the way we tell someones strength is by arm wrestling, so it's really becoming annoying!Any advice..................? Thanx
