    Gpp work

I dont have a sleed and I cant afford to buy(or build one). So what can I do for gpp instead?

I do pushupps everyday and that seems to keep my chest recovery upp but what for lower body?

My cardio everyday is something like this
jumprope for half an hour and then a wrestling exercise(I only do this about 3 times a week though its SO exhausting) I got thought back when wrestling, it goes like this:
10 high jumps, 10 pushups, 10 sittupps with no rest then imidietly 9 of each ect down to 1. Is that good gpp for the entire body? I can also pump some high rep sets for tris and shoulders at home with a water filled bucket if that would help?

Car pushing is good. If you have a wheelbarrow or wagon, load it up with sandbags or something and drag/push it.

Yep.. A rope and even an old pallet with sand bags up and down the alley will work...

    There is

    1: Tire Fliping
    2: Car Pushing
3: Band work with no weight..
    4: Pushups

    .

yea,you can make it from anything laying around the house believe it or not.it may not look to hot but we first used a spare tire for the bottom of ours, then laid plates inside(25 and 35lb plates) ,then hooked nylon rope throughone of the holes, then hooked to the belt.....we were pullin'......

No bro.. a good sled is hard to beat for GPP work.. but Car pushing is good.. I think you should try and set aside $10 or $15 dollars a month for a few months and have a sled built... they are VERY easy to build and VERY cheap if you know a welder.. I think I have about $23 dollars wraped up entirely in my sled.
