    Sat next to Marcus Ruhl

    Cool thing happened to me this weekend. My wife and I went
    to the Midwest Muscle Classic here in Wausau, WI. We got the
    last 2 front row tickets. Sitting there a while when who sits next
    to me but the GERMAN BEAST, Marcus Ruhl. That dude is
    HUUUUUUUGE!!!!!. When he did his guest posing he came in to the
    first row and my wife was scared of him, I would say he was about
    290 ish and looking lean with abs and all. Really a nice guy. Just

    i live in Va and king Kamali Lifts at my gym...he might not be 290 but at least 260-270 offseason...hes huge....evrybody in there just stares at him!!

    i lift in the same gym as milos sarcev, shawn ray, and flex wheeler, and teveeta, i don't know what everyone else is doing but i watch them.
