    Liquid clen

    I ordered

    You can take off the pump and measure it out more or less with a syringe correct....Or is there something protecting it that i shouldnt take off?

    use the pump the pump is accurate...1 pump = 20mcg

    I hate to hijack a thread but had a quick question for you Lion

    Based on the liquid clen 1 pump = 20mcg

    The bottle from AR-R is 30ml; 200mcg/ml

    So there is a total of 300 pumps at 20mcg?

    Are my converserions correct?

    20mcg = .2mg

    i know with clen tabs i was taking 1 .2mg day1 the 2 day 2 and so on untill i got to 8 a day then i kept there.
