Temp on Clen

My temp is suppose to be elevated while on clen , correct? Then why is my temperature at 96.3?

1 week and 160 mcgs a day

My temp never raises on clen I just shake like hell...it still works.....160 is way to high for only on for a week. iwouldn't take 160 after 3 weeks .....more is not better with clen yor just frying your reseptors really fast

I plan to get benadryl soon tho. I don't even shake anymore, do I need to get benadryl now?

If you starting your third week yes, but you said this is your first week? 100mg benadryl starting on your third week, don't do more than 6wks straight
