So my clen is labeled 30mg/ml... 10 pumps = 1 cc... to take 90 mg of the product you have to pump it 30 times? Are these doses spread out throughout the day or just taken all at once in the morning? Same for the t3..?

If you're still alive: FYI, Clen is usually dosed in mcg's. 1mg = 1000mcg. I wouldn't suggest taking 90mg's of this stuff.

60mcg itself already makes me a little shaky, I'm stepping it up to 120mcg next week, if I can stand it.

You'll want to spread it out during the day. I just split it into two doses, one in the morning around 8am, another around 3-4pm. I don't recommend taking it after 6pm or later, since you'll be up all night.

Just so there is no confusion.....Each product has a different consentration and dosage. For example: Clen is 200mcgs/mL where as letro is 2.5mgs/mL. So to make it easy for us, AR-R has up the following that holds true for every AR-R product:

10 squirts=1mL
