    Clen/T3 Off weeks

    I read in an article that clean should be used on for 2 weeks and off for 2 weeks for no longer than an 8 week period. If this is true, on the off weeks I was wondering if it's possible to use ephedrine? Any input you guys give me will be much appreciated. I'm starting to get everything ready for my cycle and before I take a steady dose of this stuff I like to know how hard and the duration of it.
