    B-12 supplementation

    My late mother used to get B-12 injections and found them very helpful. I am considering B-12 myself; is the injection IM or sub-q? What is a reasonable dose for a 200 lb man>

    B12 for injection IS injected into a muscle or deeply under the skin i preferr the muscle AND TAKE 1000 MCG EACH WEEK

    Sub-q works for me. I usually draw the B-12 after the GH. Sub-q. I've
    been doing .5 cc got to leave some room in syringe. I think 1 cc would be
    better. It don't do much. When you multi task its hard to tell whats doing
    what.
