Clen timing..
Just received my Clen . Im on a 5 day split (generally at 5-6), and do morning cardio @ med intensity 6 days a week at roughly 10am.
when would be the best time to take the clen so it doesnt interfere with my workout/cardio?

It takes about an hour to kick in so you could take it right before your workout in the morning and then after your workout in the afternoon.

dont take it before your workout. First there is a good chance it is going to affect your cardio, and secondly it is going to increase your heartrate before you start working out and youll hit your maximum heartrate or beyond. Take it about 30 minutes after your workout, plus you have the added benefit of continual burning of calories post workout.
