    dosing clen?

    I hear that each spray is .1ml, and my bottle says 240mcg/ml so that means that every spray is 24mcg??

    Each bottle has 6000mcg, which is 300 / 20mcg (one spray) doses .

    I messed up on the info. It says exactly this:

    30mL 200mcg/mL USP

    So you are correct. So to take 100mcg, that would be 5 sprays right? just checking.

    Yup, 5 x 20mcg per spray = 100mcg.
